6.VIP Versailles Bike Tour & Kings Apartment Tour

★★★★★★★★★★4.3 · 18 reviews · 7h 30m · from $182

Spend 7.5 hours exploring Versailles by bike and on foot with an English-speaking guide. Shop at the city market for a picnic, ride to the Grand and Petit Trianons and Marie Antoinette’s Hamlet, then enter the palace with skip-the-line access and a guided tour of King Louis XVI’s apartments. Groups are limited to 12.

“Less riding, more palace. Our tour guide, Slayton openly admitted that he didn’t know very much which isn’t very inspiring. It was a bit weird because half of the tour group were his family. Our whole group was american except for us and it was isolating especially when the guide only spoke and conversed with his fellow americans. We attempted conversation but he refused to ask us anything which is ironic because he said he did this job to hear about other people’s experiences.”
